Role Overview: They are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Commercial Director to lead their commercial strategy and drive revenue growth from their base in Malta. As the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to expand market share, foster key partnerships, and maximize commercial opportunities across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Strategy Development: Lead the development and implementation of the commercial strategy aligned with our client's business objectives and growth targets. Identify emerging market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and market positioning.

Revenue Generation and Business Development: Drive revenue growth by expanding our client's customer base and identifying new business opportunities in target markets. Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with online operators, gaming platforms, and other industry stakeholders to enhance market presence and revenue streams.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our client's products and services.

Market Expansion and Penetration: Identify and evaluate opportunities for market expansion and penetration into new geographic regions and emerging market segments. Develop market entry strategies, conduct market research, and assess regulatory requirements to support successful market expansion initiatives.

Team Leadership and Collaboration: Provide leadership and direction to the commercial team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence. Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of the online gaming landscape, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive dynamics.
- Proven track record of success in commercial leadership roles within the iGaming or related industries, with a strong focus on revenue generation and business development.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards common goals.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate market insights into actionable commercial strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, driving customer engagement and loyalty.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and influence decision-making at all levels.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
