Role Overview: Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Sales to lead the sales efforts for their Aggregator product, based in Bulgaria. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and fostering strategic partnerships to maximize the adoption and usage of our client's Aggregator product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive the adoption and usage of our client's Aggregator product across target markets. Identify key market segments, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and market positioning.
- Business Development and Revenue Generation: Lead business development initiatives to acquire new clients and expand our client's customer base for the Aggregator product. Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with online operators, gaming platforms, and other industry stakeholders to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, negotiations, and relationship management. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, address any issues or concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our client's Aggregator product offerings.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving sales objectives.
- Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities within the online gaming industry. Stay abreast of regulatory developments and industry trends to anticipate market shifts and inform sales strategies and tactics accordingly.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track sales performance, pipeline growth, and revenue targets for the Aggregator product. Generate regular reports, analyze sales data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize sales effectiveness and drive business results.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the iGaming or related industries, with a focus on aggregator products and platform solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of the online gaming landscape, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive dynamics.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards common goals.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, driving customer engagement and loyalty.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and influence decision-making at all levels.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
