CRM Manager
Our client is seeking a qualified individual to contribute to the enhancement of their CRM operations, ensuring precise and targeted communication with players. As a CRM Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to strategize, develop, and optimize effective campaigns, thereby elevating the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to craft tailored CRM campaigns across various regions, encompassing email, push notifications, SMS, tournaments, and more.
- Coordinate campaign communication across multiple channels, including email, SMS, on-site, and push notifications.
- Develop, implement, and refine CRM marketing strategies, customer journeys, and ad-hoc campaigns.
- Segment customers based on marketing criteria and lifecycle stages, tailoring promotions accordingly.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and casino managers for effective promotion of games and offers.
- Conduct market analysis and derive insights to enhance CRM strategies.
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence to glean marketing insights and segment data effectively.
- Assess and report on the performance of CRM campaigns, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain an annual campaign calendar.
- Ensure quality control of campaign content across various customer segments, browsers, and devices.
- Assist in driving campaign planning in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct competitor analysis of current marketing activities and present findings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum four years of experience in CRM marketing or advertising within the iGaming industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns based on customer insights.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, lifecycle management, and strong technical aptitude.
- Experience with the Fast Track platform is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Native-level proficiency in English.
