CRM Manager
Our client is currently seeking a dynamic CRM Manager who will report to the Head of CRM and play a pivotal role in leading and developing the CRM team to new heights. The main objective of this role is to ensure both employee satisfaction and the achievement of business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the CRM team in Malta, ensuring all daily tasks are performed to high standards and providing necessary support.
- Organizing, assigning, monitoring, and developing daily tasks of the team.
- Setting clear departmental objectives and targets, ensuring their achievement.
- Providing regular feedback on performance and development, identifying training needs, and facilitating team growth.
- Assisting in recruitment, hiring, training, retention, and orientation of department personnel.
- Conducting regular competitor analysis across the industry, including product offers, promotions, campaigns, and terms & conditions.
- Planning and executing CRM strategies aimed at retaining existing customers, enhancing brand loyalty, and expanding brand awareness.
- Collaborating with the Head of department to establish a CRM structure that seamlessly integrates across the business and captures vital information along the sales funnel.
- Ensuring proper segmentation of the customer database for targeted marketing activities.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure alignment of the CRM strategy with overall business objectives.
- Developing testing strategies to optimize organizational efficiency and enhance customer experience.
- Generating creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing production processes, executing plans, and reporting results to relevant stakeholders.
- Utilizing localization aspects to maximize customer loyalty.
- Performing additional tasks and duties as assigned by the Brand Manager or the company.
Professional Requirements:
- Proficiency in English communication (listening, written & verbal).
- Minimum one year of experience in managing a CRM team.
- Familiarity with Marketing Cloud or Optimove is advantageous.
- Competence in using Microsoft Office and other required systems.
