They are currently seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager for their fast-paced newcomer, launched in 2020, which offers a wide range of gambling verticals such as Casino, Live Casino, and Sportsbook, dedicated to providing the best gaming experience to players worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Building and nurturing relationships with assigned Affiliate partners.
• Actively searching for and acquiring new Affiliate partners.
• Managing the overall performance of assigned affiliates and continuously optimizing deals and campaigns.
• Achieving ROI targets.
• Ensuring all material with assigned affiliates, such as campaigns, design, landing pages, bonus offers, and links, is up to date.
• Monitoring affiliate daily performance and reporting any irregularities in traffic.
• Staying informed about legal changes and requirements, ensuring all Affiliate partners remain compliant.
• Attending industry events.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager within the iGaming industry.
• Excellent analytical skills and a passion for data mining.
• A solid understanding of digital marketing, including PPC, SEO, and social media.
• Exceptional communication skills in both verbal and written English.
• Extensive knowledge of the online casino and sports betting industry.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Substantial experience in Tier 1 markets.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive approach with the ability to motivate others when necessary.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are considered a significant advantage.
• A positive, enthusiastic, and 'can-do' attitude.
