Betting Integrity Manager

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough daily monitoring of betting behavior.
• Collaborate closely with the Betting, Compliance, Risk, and IT departments to optimize processes for detecting suspicious betting activity.
• Organize and document all cases comprehensively.
• Develop and revise integrity-related policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the development of a monitoring tool specifically designed to detect suspicious betting behavior.
• Communicate with various authorities, betting integrity organizations, and data suppliers, primarily through digital platforms.
• Attend various meetings abroad to represent the company.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Prior experience in the iGaming industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong proficiency in mathematics, including the ability to analyze and interpret numerical data.
• Ability to follow direct instructions, assume responsibility for tasks, and manage them independently.
• High integrity and reliability, with the ability to handle and maintain a substantial degree of confidentiality and discretion.
• Proficiency in German is considered an asset but is not required.
