Senior CRM Executive
Our client is seeking a Senior CRM Executive who will play a key role in driving the success of one of their online casino brands through effective CRM execution, casino lobby management, and targeted marketing strategies within their platform partner's environment. The ideal candidate will ensure that the brand resonates with players, offering a seamless and engaging experience. With a passion for online gaming and a solid background in CRM, this role offers the perfect opportunity for individuals eager to take on more responsibilities and deepen their knowledge of brand management.
Position: Senior CRM Executive, reporting to the Head of CRM
Location: Fully remote, or hybrid during probation if based in Malta
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8/9 am to 5/6 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted CRM campaigns aimed at boosting player retention, reactivation, and lifetime value, ensuring high levels of engagement through effective communication.
- Manage the casino portfolio by selecting and promoting games that meet player expectations, while working with platform partners to introduce new games and features.
- Regularly update and maintain CMS content, including banners, promotions, and game highlights, ensuring the timely display of relevant information.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including bonuses and tournaments, to drive player engagement, optimizing for both performance and compliance.
- Implement and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and social media.
- Utilize data analytics to segment players, personalize communications, and conduct performance analysis to provide insights for enhancing the player experience and increasing revenue.
- Monitor player feedback to maintain a positive experience and develop strategies that foster customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities to drive innovation and competitiveness.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in the online gambling industry, with a focus CRM execution.
- A creative mindset with a strong passion for the casino product and the ability to generate ideas targeting the right audience.
- Excellent verbal and written English & German communication skills
- Experience with DACH Markets
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player capable of working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and tracking performance to make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Keen attention to detail and a high level of accountability.
