Job Overview: The Head of Sales will play a key role in driving growth by acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities. Leading a dynamic sales team, this individual will spearhead efforts to capture new markets and establish long-lasting relationships with high-value clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand the client base.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and successful client acquisitions.
- Establish and foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Identify new market opportunities, develop leads, and engage in direct client acquisition activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to align strategies with client demands.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings, requiring frequent international travel.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior sales role, in iGaming B2B spheres.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building client relationships.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and industry events.
- Experience in the gaming or iGaming industry is a must.
