Our client, a leading fintech company specializing in core banking, wallet solutions, payment gateways, and open banking platforms, is seeking a dynamic Head of Commercial to lead their sales efforts and drive revenue growth.
Role Overview:
The Head of Commercial will develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on revenue growth and market expansion. This role involves leading a high-performing sales team, identifying market opportunities, and acquiring new customers across core offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Create and implement a sales strategy to target key market segments and drive growth.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Revenue Generation: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, while maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build partnerships with financial institutions and industry stakeholders to create joint value.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends to inform strategy and product innovation.
- Sales Operations: Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis to optimize the sales cycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
- Over 10 years of sales leadership experience in fintech or financial services, with expertise in core banking, wallet, payment, or open banking solutions.
- Strong leadership, sales expertise, and strategic thinking with a proven track record of driving revenue and leading high-performance teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences, including C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
