Their mission is to build a global payments and financial operations platform that enables internationally operating digital businesses to automate payables and receivables through a curated network of financial institutions. Acting as a financial companion, they aim to bring efficiency and scalability to payment operations.

Finance teams often grapple with interacting with multiple financial providers, leading to challenges such as inefficient treasury management, slow reconciliation processes, and repetitive compliance tasks. This adds unnecessary workload, drives up transactional costs, and limits the strategic capabilities of finance teams.
The Role They Are Hiring For
Our client is looking for an ambitious and experienced Account Executive to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will help drive their exponential growth by engaging with high-growth, cross-border companies and channel partners, particularly those in the accounting solutions space.
As part of their consultative sales team, the Account Executive will engage with finance professionals, present tailored solutions, and contribute to the company’s plans for expansion beyond Europe.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline of prospects.
- Proactively ensure a healthy pipeline through collaboration with SDRs, marketing campaigns, and outbound activities.
- Present their platform to prospective clients through online demos, events, and in-person meetings when possible.
- Run the entire sales cycle, negotiate agreements, and maintain records in Salesforce.
- Develop and nurture solid, long-term client relationships.
- Work closely with the rest of the sales team while being open to continuous learning and adaptation.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of direct/outside sales experience with a proven track record of meeting quotas.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Experience selling to finance professionals, including Treasury Managers, Heads of Finance, and CFOs.
- Demonstrated ability to close B2B deals worth €200K+ annually per client.
- Previous experience in B2B fintech sales, particularly in financial products like FX and cards, is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of market research, sales strategies, and negotiation principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
- Experienced in running online demo presentations (Zoom, Google Hangouts, etc.).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A self-starter with personal drive and ambition.
- Proven experience in planning and implementing new business initiatives involving advanced technology.
