Head of Business Development & Client Relations
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join their team as the Head of Business Development and Client Relations. This pivotal role will drive growth by establishing and nurturing high-value client relationships within the luxury goods, jewelry, private aviation, and yachting industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively identify and target new business opportunities in high-end markets, focusing on clients from luxury sectors such as jewelry, jet charters, and yachting.
- Strategic Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of affluent clientele and luxury service providers.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain exceptional relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about trends and challenges in luxury markets to tailor solutions and stay ahead of competitors.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align offerings with client needs, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, market feedback, and progress against strategic goals to senior leadership.

- Proven experience in business development or account management within luxury sectors such as high-end retail, private aviation, yachting, or premium services.
