Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets and forecasts for operations.
• Analyze key financial metrics, such as revenue, costs, player acquisition, and retention rates, to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide regular performance reports and dashboards to management with actionable insights.

Strategic Decision Support

• Collaborate with department heads to assess the financial impact of business initiatives.
• Recommend cost-efficiency measures while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Conduct profitability analyses to support strategic decisions.

Risk Management and Compliance

• Ensure financial activities comply with company policies.
• Monitor potential risks, including financial and operational risks, and propose mitigation strategies.

Performance Monitoring

• Track player metrics, such as ARPU (Average Revenue Per User), churn rate, and deposit-to-revenue ratios, to guide business strategies.
• Conduct variance analyses on revenue, expenses, and profitability to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Implement financial controls to safeguard company assets and enhance reporting accuracy.

Process Optimization

• Develop and implement financial processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Support the automation of financial reporting and forecasting through advanced tools and technologies.
• Drive continuous improvement in cost management and operational processes.

Team Collaboration and Leadership

• Act as a liaison between finance and other business units to foster transparency and collaboration.
• Represent the team in cross-functional projects and strategic discussions.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or business management, preferably in the online gambling industry.
