Responsibilities:

The Head of SEO will oversee and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to achieve measurable results. Key responsibilities include:

• Guiding the content team to ensure engaging site content while maintaining SEO priorities.
• Building strong relationships with design, product management, and development teams to align efforts.
• Leading forecasting and market expansion planning initiatives.
• Establishing performance indicators and providing updates to Executive Leadership.
• Developing and implementing innovative link acquisition strategies.
• Acting as the in-house SEO expert by monitoring industry trends and best practices, ensuring top search rankings.
• Providing proactive analytics and key insights for the team and the broader organization.
• Collaborating on PR and social media strategy to enhance organic visibility.
• Identifying and evaluating opportunities to improve the company’s global SEO footprint.
• Conducting competitive research and opportunity analysis.
• Working with Product and Marketing teams to optimize conversion rates for organic traffic.
• Managing relationships with SEO agencies, as well as search partners like Google, Bing, and Yandex.

Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in SEO roles with a strong focus on technical SEO and user acquisition.
• In-depth expertise in site architecture, crawlability, and indexation optimization.
• Proven experience leading global teams and collaborating across diverse cultures.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing demand generation campaigns.
• A track record of delivering measurable results in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Advanced skills in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, BigQuery) and BI platforms.

• Expertise in Core Web Vitals optimization and improving site performance.
• Strong understanding of modern web frameworks and their SEO implications.
• Experience managing SEO migrations while maintaining search rankings.
• Knowledge of international SEO and multilingual website optimization.
• Familiarity with web security technologies and their impact on SEO.
