Responsibilities:
The HR Executive will play a key role in managing and enhancing HR operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and offer letters.
• Conducting background checks for potential new hires.
• Supporting the onboarding process for new employees.
• Assisting in employee relations, including addressing grievances, complaints, and terminations.
• Helping implement HR policies and procedures.
• Maintaining accurate employee records.
• Addressing various employee requests and questions.
• Conducting exit interviews to gather feedback and insights.
• Assisting with the creation and implementation of performance management, training, and development programs.
• Contributing to fostering a positive, productive work environment and promoting company culture and values.

About You:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• 1–2 years of experience in HR or a related role.
• Familiarity with HR processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts effectively.
• Experience in conducting interviews and background checks is a plus.
• Knowledge of performance management and training programs is desirable.
