HR Executive

They are seeking a motivated HR Executive to support their rapid growth. Responsibilities:
The HR Executive will play a key role in managing and enhancing HR operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and offer letters.
- Conducting background checks for potential new hires.
- Supporting the onboarding process for new employees.
- Assisting in employee relations, including addressing grievances, complaints, and terminations.
- Helping implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintaining accurate employee records.
- Addressing various employee requests and questions.
- Conducting exit interviews to gather feedback and insights.
- Assisting with the creation and implementation of performance management, training, and development programs.
- Contributing to fostering a positive, productive work environment and promoting company culture and values.
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or a related role.
- Familiarity with HR processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts effectively.
- Experience in conducting interviews and background checks is a plus.
- Knowledge of performance management and training programs is desirable.
- Familiarity with fostering company culture and implementing organizational values is an advantage.
