Senior Affiliate Manager
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Affiliate Manager - Sportsbook to support the continued growth of their affiliate portfolio, with a particular focus on sportsbook. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will ensure the sportsbook offerings achieve their full potential by fostering strong collaborations with top affiliate partners and internal teams. With a customer-first mindset, the Senior Affiliate Manager will drive affiliate performance and contribute to the continued success of the company’s iGaming operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Control, optimize, and further develop the affiliate channel.
- Monitor market trends, provide analysis within the affiliate environment, and attend industry events.
- Support existing partners and adapt commission structures according to partner performance and market requirements.
- Deliver performance evaluations and KPI reports while administering affiliate tools such as NetRefer and Tableau.
- Conduct competitor analysis to improve the company’s product offerings and strategy.
- Collaborate with Country Managers to plan and execute affiliate marketing promotions.
- Work closely with internal Country Management and CRM teams to continuously improve marketing campaigns and offer competitive, effective CRM strategies.
- Proactively research and contact new affiliates, propose acquisition strategies, and oversee their implementation and results.
- Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing affiliates, attending conferences and networking events.
- Mentor and support team members to foster growth and professional development.
- Provide guidance and expertise to enhance team performance, acting as a point of escalation and ensuring a collaborative work environment.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in affiliation (Sportsbook & Casino).
- Knowledge of sportsbook products.
- Solid understanding of the iGaming affiliate market and its key players.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel, and tech-savvy skills.
- Strong people and relationship-building skills with affiliate partners and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and structure workloads while maintaining flexibility to adapt as needed.
