Marketing Acquisition Specialist
A highly motivated and strategic Marketing Acquisition Specialist is sought to join a growing team. This role is responsible for developing and executing acquisition strategies to drive customer growth and enhance brand presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data-driven marketing, a strong understanding of customer acquisition channels, and a results-oriented mindset.
Role Responsibilities
The Marketing Acquisition Specialist will:
- Collaborate with the UX team to conduct user interviews and surveys for data-driven user flow optimization.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the Onboarding Manager to design onboarding experiences that resonate with users.
- Participate in regular alignment meetings with branding, SEO, and site teams to coordinate next steps.
- Report findings to the Onboarding Manager and recommend actionable changes based on user data.
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Conduct market research to understand user preferences, behaviors, and trends in the iGaming industry.
- Stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities to inform acquisition strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, user acquisition metrics, and other relevant data.
- Present findings and recommendations to the Onboarding Manager.
- Provide insights and data to improve the onboarding process and reduce churn rates.
- Monitor retention and reactivation efforts for existing customers.
- Identify patterns in customer life cycles and potential drop-off points.
- Liaise with the Customer Interaction team to address user feedback and enhance the onboarding experience.
Skills & Experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, new registered customers (NRCs), new deposit customers (NDCs), cost per acquisition (CPA), and user lifetime value (LTV).
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and tools such as Google Analytics, FullStory, and Tableau.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
- Understanding of the iGaming industry and its unique challenges.
