Our client, a live lottery provider, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Studio Manager or Director (depending on experience) to oversee operations in their live broadcasting studio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in broadcast production, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless live broadcasts, maintaining studio equipment, coordinating logistics, and liaising with HQ to support smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Studio Operations Management:

• Supervise daily operations of the broadcasting studio.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and fully operational.
• Manage studio scheduling to accommodate live broadcasts, rehearsals, and recordings.

Broadcast Coordination:

• Collaborate with producers, directors, and technical staff to plan and execute live broadcasts.
• Monitor live broadcasts to ensure technical quality and adherence to schedules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real time.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage a team of technicians, camera operators, and support staff.
• Delegate tasks effectively to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Resource Management:

• Oversee inventory and procurement of studio equipment and supplies.
• Manage budget allocation for studio operations and maintenance.

Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and studio policies.
• Implement emergency protocols and evacuation procedures.

Training and Development:

• Provide staff training on equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in broadcast technology.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in broadcast production or studio management, particularly in live broadcasting.
• Strong technical knowledge of broadcast equipment, including cameras, audio systems, lighting, and control room operations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks under pressure.
• Leadership experience with a collaborative and proactive approach to team management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to react quickly in high-pressure situations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by live broadcast schedules
  
• Excellent level of English language, knowledge of Thai would be a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Certification in broadcast engineering or relevant technical fields (preferred).
