Account Manager
Our client, operating in the online live lottery area, is seeking a motivated and client-focused Account Manager to manage and expand key client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and revenue growth. This role requires a proactive approach to relationship-building, strategic planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to align client needs with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Address client concerns promptly, proactively mitigating potential risks.
Account Strategy Development:
- Develop tailored account plans aligned with client goals and company strategies.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track and analyze account performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable recommendations to optimize client performance and satisfaction.
Product & Service Expertise:
- Stay up to date with company products and industry trends.
- Guide clients on how to effectively utilize solutions to meet their needs.
- Collect client feedback and relay insights to internal teams for product and service enhancements.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with Sales, IT, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Advocate for client needs within the organization to resolve issues efficiently.
Issue Resolution & Escalation:
- Address and resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Proactively identify potential risks and implement solutions to prevent escalations.
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear and precise client interactions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining personalized engagement.
- A strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and implement effective account strategies.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, project management platforms, and reporting software (e.g., Salesforce).
- A proactive approach to understanding client challenges and delivering tailored solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Account Management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language from Thai, Vietnamese, Mandarin, or Khmer (mandatory).
