Our client is seeking a skilled and results-driven SEO Specialist to enhance organic growth and optimize online presence. This role involves developing and implementing effective SEO strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring digital content achieves top rankings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices and a passion for driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute technical, on-page, and off-page SEO tasks across various operator brands and PBN websites in both established and emerging markets.
• Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and internal teams to implement SEO strategies effectively.
• Conduct and analyze technical, on-page, and off-page audits across multiple languages and markets.
• Support SEO strategies for relevant markets by providing actionable recommendations and executing key initiatives.
• Demonstrate expertise in technical SEO, offering recommendations and implementing necessary changes.
• Manage content SEO processes, including keyword and market research, content creation, optimization, and uploading.
• Oversee off-site SEO activities such as link building, internal linking, and PR-related efforts.
• Maintain a strong backlink profile across all websites and leverage off-page activities to enhance rankings.
• Evaluate websites for link-building opportunities and assess their potential value.
• Analyze competitors' off-page strategies to identify and implement effective practices.
• Work closely with SEO, Content, and broader marketing teams to drive off-page initiatives.

Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an asset.
• At least 2 years of experience in a highly competitive SEO industry.
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
• Understanding of key conversion metrics and SEO’s role in driving performance.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive mindset, with a strong curiosity for SEO and a results-driven approach.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Experience with SEO tools such as SemRush, Ahrefs, and LRT, among others.
• A team-oriented individual who naturally supports and leads colleagues while maintaining a respectful and level-headed approach.
