Role Overview

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong candidate relationships, and contributing to business growth. This role is fully remote, offering flexibility while allowing you to work closely with a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new clients you could generate, understanding their hiring needs.
• Manage the recruitment process, from initial candidate outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Utilize various recruitment tools, job boards, and social media to attract top talent.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout their job search journey.
• Meet and exceed recruitment targets, contributing to the overall success of the agency.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, LinkedIn, and job boards.
• A proactive and results-driven approach.
