As part of their continued growth, they are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Compliance Officer to support their compliance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of internal compliance audits and reviews
• Support in the development and updating of internal procedures and policies
• Contribute to internal investigations relating to compliance issues
• Provide general administrative support to the compliance team as required
• Assist in ensuring that company operations adhere to internal policies and external regulatory requirements
  
  Requirements:
  
• A Certificate in Compliance or a minimum of 2 years’ experience (or internship) in a compliance-related role
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
• A proactive attitude and willingness to grow within the compliance field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with compliance tools or software
• Solid understanding of Maltese AML/CFT laws and local regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, etc.)
