Our client is seeking an experienced Integration Manager to join their Ops Delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of integration projects, from planning and design to implementation and production. The role requires a strong technical background, exceptional coordination skills, and the ability to foster excellent relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of each step in the integration process
• Define technical and operational requirements and plan the full integration lifecycle
• Plan, coordinate, and manage integration projects through all stages—from design and development to production
• Drive continuous improvement practices across processes and systems
• Analyze and resolve integration issues and change requests
• Proactively identify risks and issues that may impact product quality
• Monitor daily deliverables, highlight critical issues, and manage obstacles efficiently
• Manage client expectations, communications, and escalations throughout the project
• Build strong relationships with technical experts, end-users, and project stakeholders
• Conduct regular customer meetings (weekly/monthly) to review open issues, performance, and project updates
• Serve as the key point of contact for customer interactions
• Provide support for high-severity issues or escalation requests
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for integration processes and systems

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in the iGaming industry is a strong advantage
• Proven experience working with complex integrated systems
• Ability to manage concurrent projects in a matrixed environment
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jenkins, Git, Jira, Postman, and MongoDB
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Basic technical understanding of HTML, JavaScript, JSON, API architecture, and HTTP requests
• Foundational knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SSL, web applications, load balancers, proxies, and firewalls
• Familiarity with system administration and SQL
