Our client is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Technical Program Manager to lead the planning and execution of their Studio platform. This critical role is central to driving the success of their game developer partners by ensuring seamless integration, development, quality assurance, and onboarding processes within the platform.

The platform is a strategic initiative designed to accelerate content production and localize offerings across the iGaming sector. It empowers game developers globally by providing robust tools and infrastructure to efficiently create, launch, and distribute games across diverse markets. With its flexibility—supporting development in any programming language—and its ability to reduce time-to-market while delivering localized content, the platform serves as a key enabler of growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Program Planning & Execution

• Develops and manages comprehensive project plans for partner studio integration, development, QA, and onboarding.
• Coordinates multiple concurrent projects, resolving interdependencies as they arise.
• Establishes and maintains clear project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Leads the planning and execution of technical integrations with partner studios.
• Manages expectations and planning cycles for partners.

Technical Leadership & Oversight

• Provides technical guidance and support to both internal teams and external partner studios.
• Oversees the platform’s technical infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collaborates with development teams to maintain high coding standards and best practices.
• Ensures ongoing compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Facilitates effective communication between cross-functional teams, including QA, product, development, and partner studios.
• Acts as the main liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Manages stakeholder communications and provides regular project updates, highlighting key risks and progress.

Risk Management & Issue Resolution

• Identifies potential risks and proactively mitigates them to maintain project timelines and deliverables.
• Develops corrective action plans to address emerging challenges.
• Escalates critical issues in a timely and effective manner.

Process Improvement & Optimization

• Continuously evaluates and refines program management processes for improved efficiency.
• Uses performance data and KPIs to optimize project delivery.
• Aligns product backlog and project priorities with strategic business objectives.
• Manages core program documentation and governance processes.

Onboarding and Support

• Creates and oversees onboarding plans for new game development partners.
• Ensures that new studios receive the tools, documentation, and guidance needed for a successful launch.

What We're Looking For

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, ideally in software development or the gaming industry.
• Strong technical background with hands-on understanding of software development methodologies and tools.
• Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional programs.
• Proficiency with project management tools, especially Jira and Confluence (Atlassian suite preferred).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ceremonies.
• Experience in game design or the online gambling industry is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
