Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager to take ownership of both internal and external tools across their iGaming platform. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning product development with strategic business goals through thorough market and business analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Ownership & Strategy: Own and manage the company’s internal and external tools through continuous market and business analysis, ensuring alignment with management’s strategic objectives.
• Documentation & Requirements Gathering: Take full responsibility for documenting product features and processes, including conceptualization, storyboarding, creation of Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), system use cases, and white papers.
• Stakeholder Communication: Deliver well-prioritized PRDs to stakeholders across R&D and Delivery teams. Act as a central liaison between executive management, marketing, partner businesses, customers, and technical teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Release Management: Collect and communicate product requirements effectively. Oversee the release of features and related content, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Project & Backlog Planning: Assist with planning and execution of incoming projects, while managing product backlogs and versions in accordance with Agile/SCRUM methodologies. 
• Team Collaboration & Reporting: Maintain clear and transparent communication with line management. Regularly report on progress, consult on challenges, and attend team meetings and ad hoc sessions as required. 
• Cross-Functional Support: Support additional initiatives and tasks as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the department and broader organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in online product management, particularly with game design and/or process-heavy application planning.
• Experience working in the iGaming industry, including knowledge of key operators and familiarity with gambling-related systems.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual with a goal-driven mindset and the ability to maintain operational focus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a combination of assertiveness and open-mindedness.
• Strong team collaboration abilities, with experience motivating and aligning cross-functional teams.
• Technical background or hands-on experience in a development-related field (e.g., development, system analysis, or QA).
• Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret business data from various sources (BI tools, market research, etc.).
