Our client, a leading international company in the iGaming sector, is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join their team in São Paulo, Brazil. This is a full-time, office-based role, ideal for a finance professional with strong technical knowledge in accounting, taxation, and import operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting operations, ensuring compliance with Brazilian financial regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Manage tax planning and compliance, particularly within the frameworks of Lucro Presumido, Lucro Real, and Simples Nacional.
• Evaluate and implement the most effective tax structures to optimize the organization’s financial position.
• Handle import and foreign trade activities, including tax calculations on imports (II, IPI, ICMS, PIS/COFINS, AFRMM, etc.) and ensuring accurate product classification (NCM/HS Code).
• Liaise and negotiate with customs brokers to minimize both operational and tax-related costs.
• Maintain and enhance the use of ERP and financial systems such as Totvs, SAP, Omie, Conta Azul, or similar tools to support robust financial reporting and analysis.
• Support internal audits and ensure financial integrity across all business operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Economics.
• Proven experience in business accounting, financial statement preparation, and taxation.
• Deep understanding of Brazilian tax regimes and import-related financial procedures.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and other financial software tools.

Desirable:

• Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership, or Tax Management.
• Experience optimizing import processes and negotiating with third-party service providers.
