Marketing Manager
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join their growing team. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with the sales department to promote the company’s products and services, while developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives aimed at driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies by identifying target audiences, selecting appropriate tools, positioning products effectively, and setting measurable objectives.
- Act as a champion for the company’s products, working alongside the sales team to enhance sales and marketing approaches and recommending improvements as needed.
- Conduct market and client base research to drive lead generation efforts tailored to target audiences.
- Ensure internal teams have access to up-to-date product knowledge via appropriate internal communication channels.
- Analyse competitor activity and market trends to develop strategies that support growth in sales, client acquisition, and retention.
- Adjust marketing strategies based on client feedback to enhance competitiveness, performance, and business outcomes.
- Plan, allocate, and monitor the marketing budget to ensure optimal use of resources.
- Manage all sales and marketing programs and campaigns from concept through execution.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in sales, marketing, business development, and account management.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, agencies, and vendors.
- Oversee and manage the company’s digital platforms, including the website and social media channels.
- Handle any additional sales and marketing-related responsibilities assigned by management or the board, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Represent the company at seminars, conferences, and events as required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements
- A strong passion for sales and marketing.
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a sales and marketing role or similar position.
- A proven track record of success in delivering marketing and sales results.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Strong marketing knowledge, business acumen, and project management capabilities.
- Deep understanding of modern sales and marketing techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organised and results-oriented.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to identify and resolve challenges efficiently.
- Flexible and adaptable to evolving technologies.
- Ability to transform data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, inspire, and collaborate with team members.
