Role Overview:
Our client is looking for an experienced and commercially-minded Commercial Manager to drive growth and market engagement across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Based in Prague, you will be responsible for managing operator relationships, overseeing CRM and promotional strategies, promotional marketing budget, performing in-depth market research, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across global locations. This is a critical role for someone who brings proven iGaming experience, local market knowledge, and a strong commercial mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM & Promotions Management: Plan, execute, and optimize client-focused promotions and CRM campaigns in cooperation with local operators to enhance product visibility and maximize revenue generation.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key operators and clients in the Czech and Slovak markets. Be the primary point of contact for all commercial discussions and opportunities.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends by conducting regular research and competitive analysis. Identify emerging opportunities and strategic risks in the region.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise regularly with global internal teams including product, marketing, and account management to ensure regional strategies align with broader business objectives.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track KPIs and campaign performance, delivering insights and recommendations that support continuous improvement and smarter business decisions.
- Local Expertise: Act as the internal ambassador for the Czech and Slovak markets, advising the business on regional player behavior, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics.
Requirements:
- Mandatory iGaming Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a commercial, CRM, or marketing role within the online gambling sector.
- Local Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Czech and Slovak iGaming markets, including operators, players, and key competitors.
- Native Czech or Slovak speaker that can clearly communicate in the local languages with people who speak either Czech and Slovak, with excellent spoken and written English.
- Proven track record of creating and managing promotional campaigns and client strategies in a B2B iGaming environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence both internally and externally.
