The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of commercial finance and financial control experience, with a proven track record of delivering full-spectrum finance support. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a high-profile role leading budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and enhance budgeting and forecasting processes, including quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term financial planning.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting across P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, and KPIs.
• Deliver variance analysis and actionable business insights in collaboration with BI and department heads.
• Drive automation of finance processes and support system improvements.
• Support the CFO with risk analysis and mitigation strategies, as well as corporate finance modelling and transaction support.
• Oversee banking and treasury functions, including expansion into new jurisdictions.
• Foster a business partnering culture within the finance team, empowering team members to support strategic objectives.
• Manage, mentor, and lead the finance team.
• Support the CFO and executive leadership with ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant with at least 8 years of relevant experience, ideally within the iGaming industry and in a leadership role.
• Strong business partnering skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with banking, PSP relationships, and financial reporting compliance.
• Solid understanding of IFRS and financial procedures.
• Hands-on experience with accounting systems (e.g., Xero) and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of prioritizing and managing tasks independently.
• Comfortable presenting complex financial information to senior stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
