Finance Manager (Maternity Cover)
Our client blends traditional banking principles with innovative, modern financial solutions. With a strong focus on technology and digital advertising, they provide comprehensive services across various industries. They are currently seeking a Finance Manager to support the Finance function during a maternity leave period (1-year). This is a hands-on role that involves a wide range of responsibilities including management accounts, reconciliations, accounts payable, and regulatory reporting.
The ideal candidate will work closely with both internal teams and external service providers, ensuring adherence to internal processes and compliance with regulatory standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Review and process accounts payable payments, including preparing supporting documentation
- Contribute to the preparation and submission of regulatory reports such as BR06, CRD, COREP, and FINREP

Work Flexibility:
Our client fosters a collaborative office-based culture, believing that in-person interaction strengthens team dynamics. While they remain an onsite-first organisation, they also recognise the need for flexibility in today’s workplace.
Employees may submit remote work requests through the HR system, which are generally supported where business needs permit. Nonetheless, physical presence is expected for key meetings, team engagements, and other essential business activities. Flexibility is considered a benefit rather than a guaranteed entitlement and is balanced with a commitment to maintaining a strong in-office culture.
