Account Manager (iGaming)
Location: Madrid - from office for the first few months, then hybrid 3x per week from office.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our client’s team in the dynamic and fast-paced iGaming industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, understands gaming platforms inside out, and is excited to be part of a growing, international operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B iGaming clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success
- Manage and grow long-term relationships with clients, focusing on retention, performance, and revenue growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, product, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities to upsell or cross-sell new features or services
- Lead regular performance reviews and provide strategic recommendations to clients
- Coordinate and attend meetings with clients and internal teams, including occasional travel across Spain
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on client activities, issues, and business outcomes
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in the iGaming industry in a client-facing or account management role
- Strong understanding of iGaming products, player management, and operational needs
- Experience with PAM (Player Account Management) platforms is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
