With a strong focus on agility, collaboration, and execution, they are seeking a Project Manager to join their Project Management Office (PMO) and support the successful delivery of projects aligned with their business goals.

Role Summary

The Project Manager will collaborate closely with Product Management and other key business teams to plan, coordinate, and execute projects efficiently. This role involves defining and managing project documentation, tracking progress, facilitating communication across departments, and ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards. Key Responsibilities

Project Support

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, product, and business teams.
• Maintain project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and risk registers.
• Track and report progress using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, Slack, and Google Workspace.

Coordination and Communication

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely task completion.
• Facilitate clear communication between team members, stakeholders, and management.
• Organize and document project meetings, including preparing agendas and structured AI-generated meeting minutes.

Monitoring and Reporting

• Track project performance against established timelines using appropriate tools.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports and dashboards.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks, escalating issues as needed to management and relevant teams.
• Stay informed on industry trends, methodologies, and tools relevant to project delivery.

Process Improvement

• Standardize and optimize project management processes.
• Support the implementation of project management tools and best practices across teams.

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a project management role, ideally within the technology sector.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Asana.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.

Preferred:

• Certification in project management fundamentals (e.g., CAPM, Agile Fundamentals, PRINCE2 Foundation).
• Familiarity with online platforms or the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
• Previous exposure to the iGaming industry.
