Reactivation Team Manager
Our client is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Reactivation Team Manager to lead outbound sales efforts and re-engage their player base. This role involves building and leading a team of motivated Sales Agents focused on reactivating casino users. The ideal candidate will coach, inspire, and drive performance through strategic planning, effective leadership, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, lead, and manage a team of Reactivation Sales Agents, setting clear KPIs and driving high performance across outbound campaigns.
- Develop and refine team workflows, focusing on daily activities such as call volume, conversion rates, and campaign execution.
- Establish the reactivation strategy, KPIs, methodologies, and overall approach from the ground up.
- Provide training, mentorship, and ongoing coaching to enhance communication skills and sales effectiveness.
- Analyze player behavior and campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable strategies.
- Lead by example through active participation in reactivation calls to maintain a close connection with the player experience and inspire the team.
- Continuously improve internal processes, introduce innovative reactivation tactics, and manage bonus campaigns to boost engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with CRM, VIP, Product, and Customer Support teams to share player insights and align cross-functional efforts.
What the Ideal Candidate Brings:
- Proven experience in a reactivation or sales leadership role within the online casino industry.
- A strong background in outbound telesales, customer engagement, or reactivation — ideally with a track record as both a top-performing agent and manager.
- A motivational leadership style capable of building trust, energizing teams, and maintaining accountability.
- Experience in hiring and scaling successful sales teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level), both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with English-speaking markets such as Australia or New Zealand is considered an advantage.
