Affiliate Manager

They are seeking an Affiliate Manager to join their growing team. This role is central to driving player acquisition through affiliate partnerships, managing strong relationships, and ensuring the affiliate program delivers exceptional results across multiple markets.
About the Role
The Affiliate Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the acquisition strategy, expanding reach into new markets, and driving measurable growth through data-led partnerships. This individual will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing the affiliate network to generate quality traffic and maximize ROI. The role involves close collaboration with affiliates, deal negotiation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across various jurisdictions. A strong understanding of iGaming, affiliate marketing strategies, and data-driven decision-making is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily affiliate operations, including system performance, tracking, reporting, payments, onboarding, and affiliate support.
- Maintain documentation and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver compliant promotional campaigns.
- Define and implement affiliate strategy aligned with business goals while improving tools, processes, and campaigns to support program growth.
- Identify, vet, and onboard high-quality affiliates, fostering strong and compliant relationships in the iGaming space.
- Monitor performance and ROI, optimize campaigns through testing and analysis, and scale the program into new markets and verticals.
- Ensure compliance with iGaming regulations and uphold brand standards across all affiliate activities.
- Deliver regular reports and insights in collaboration with data and leadership teams, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, legal, and finance teams to align affiliate initiatives with wider business objectives and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing within iGaming or a similar performance-driven industry.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
- Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and compliance requirements in regulated markets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
