Executive Assistant / Senior Executive Assistant
Our client is a holding company seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support their day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of administrative functions and grow into a role with broader responsibilities as the business expands.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and executive support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the business.

Manage documentation, maintain organized filing systems, and handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.

Liaise with the company’s Corporate Services Provider (CSP) to support corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and accurate handling of company records.

Review and interpret legal and financial documents to support internal processes (no contract drafting required).

Maintain and update company records, databases, and internal tracking tools to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

Support leadership with scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and professional correspondence.

Assist in coordinating external suppliers, auditors, and service providers, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery.

Contribute to financial oversight by assisting with invoice tracking, reporting, and the preparation of documentation for accounting or compliance purposes.

Handle ad-hoc projects as the company grows, including operational initiatives and cross-team coordination.

Be available to travel when required for meetings, corporate matters, or business-related initiatives.
Requirements: - Previous experience in administration, executive assistance, or a similar operational support role.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.

Solid understanding of legal and financial documentation, with the ability to liaise effectively with CSPs, auditors, and external providers.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with digital tools, spreadsheets, and databases.

Professional, proactive, and able to take ownership of tasks while maintaining confidentiality.

Willingness to travel as needed.
