They are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with proven experience in the iGaming industry to lead the company’s growth, strategy, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership by defining and executing the company’s vision, mission, and long-term strategy within the CIS iGaming markets.
  • Drive market expansion and establish a strong presence across CIS regions through strategic partnerships, licensing, and effective go-to-market planning.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless product delivery and continuous improvement across Poker, Casino, and other verticals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory frameworks in target jurisdictions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain players, maximizing revenue and profitability.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing leadership team to support company growth.
  • Manage relationships with investors, regulators, partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring competitiveness through product differentiation and innovation.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 7–10 years of senior leadership experience within the iGaming industry, with proven exposure to Poker and Casino verticals.
  • Deep understanding of CIS gaming markets, player behaviors, regulations, and competitive landscape.
  • Fluency in Russian (written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency required.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale businesses, build high-performing teams, and lead in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Strong track record in driving revenue growth, market entry strategies, and operational efficiency.
  • Established network with affiliates, regulators, payment providers, and B2B partners in the iGaming sector.
