Our client is a rapidly expanding iGaming company growing across regulated European markets. The organization is currently developing an in-house Personal Account Management (PAM) system to replace third-party platforms, with the goal of gaining full control over product, compliance, and player experience.

To support success in highly regulated environments, the company is seeking an expert with end-to-end experience in UKGC license acquisition and a deep understanding of PAM architecture from both product and regulatory perspectives.

Role Summary

Our client is looking for a strategic partner or senior product advisor with hands-on experience in launching and operating a PAM platform under UKGC regulations. This individual will provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance, licensing, and technical product design, collaborating closely with the internal product team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide product design guidance to ensure the platform meets all operational and compliance requirements for the UK market.
• Identify potential risks and propose solutions based on previous UKGC audit and implementation experience.
• Advise on the UKGC licensing process, including documentation, technical controls, audits, and ongoing compliance obligations.
• Review and provide feedback on PAM system architecture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Compliance, and Legal to align on roadmap, risks, and deliverables.
• Offer comparative insights into other regulatory frameworks (e.g., DGOJ, MGA, SGA) where relevant.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with or for a UKGC-licensed iGaming operator or B2B platform provider.
• Proven end-to-end exposure to UK licensing processes, including technical audits, control frameworks, and operational readiness.
• Strong understanding of PAM core systems and their integration across departments.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Legal, and Compliance.
• Ability to operate effectively in a consulting or part-time advisory capacity (remote-friendly).

Nice to Have

• Experience building or migrating from a third-party PAM to a custom solution.
• Background with a Tier 1 operator or major B2B platform.
• Broader regulatory knowledge across EU markets (e.g., DGOJ, MGA, SGA).
• Strong documentation and communication skills for interactions with regulators and internal stakeholders.
