Reporting to the CFO, the Head of Finance will play a pivotal role in overseeing all financial operations, driving strategic planning, and supporting commercial growth. This role combines leadership, financial control, and business partnership responsibilities, offering a real opportunity to influence company-wide decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the full budgeting and forecasting cycle, including annual budgets, quarterly updates, and multi-year financial planning.
• Manage all financial reporting deliverables, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statements, and performance KPIs.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to support strategic and operational decisions in collaboration with BI and department leads.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement across financial systems and workflows.
• Partner closely with the CFO on risk management, financial modelling, and corporate finance activities such as investments or expansion initiatives.
• Oversee banking and treasury operations, ensuring efficient cash flow management and supporting entry into new markets.
• Build and nurture a strong finance team, promoting collaboration, accountability, and professional development.
• Champion a business partnering mindset, enabling finance to act as a strategic advisor across the organization.
• Assist the CFO and executive leadership with strategic projects and ad hoc initiatives.

Requirements:

• Fully qualified accountant with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, preferably within the iGaming or technology sectors and in a senior leadership capacity.
• Proven experience in business partnering, financial reporting, and commercial decision support.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, financial controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with banking and PSP operations, including international financial processes.
• Hands-on experience with modern accounting systems and strong proficiency in Excel.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
