Training Executive
Our client is seeking a Training Executive to design, develop, and deliver impactful learning programs in classroom, blended, and online formats. The ideal candidate will assess training needs, create engaging instructional content, implement learning solutions, and evaluate training effectiveness to support organisational growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging learning programs (classroom-based, digital, blended, and online) using instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE and Bloom’s Taxonomy.
- Translate complex information into clear, practical, and learner-centric content tailored for adult learners in a corporate environment.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including facilitator guides, participant manuals, presentations, and supporting resources.
- Conduct training needs analyses to establish learning objectives aligned with organisational priorities.
- Collaborate with managers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and stakeholders to ensure content relevance and alignment with business standards.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and other learning initiatives across departments.
- Support the implementation and integration of learning technologies and digital training tools.
- Administer and maintain accurate training records, including matrices, attendance sheets, and completion reports.
- Assist learners and managers with training processes, including enrolments, scheduling, and feedback collection.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, providing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, modern learning methodologies, and best practices to continuously enhance training delivery.
- Manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Learning & Development, Human Resources, or a related field (MQF Level 6).
- Certification in instructional design, training, or learning technologies (e.g., e-learning development, digital learning tools) will be considered an asset.
Experience, Skills & Personal Attributes
- Previous experience as a teacher, trainer, instructional designer, or learning & development professional (corporate experience preferred).
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs is an advantage.
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 365 or similar) is desirable.
- Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training administration processes.
- Strong ability to create, adapt, and customise training content.
- Demonstrated creativity, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities (both verbal and written).
- Fluency in English (C1 or C2 level) is required; French fluency will be considered an advantage.
- Experience managing training projects, particularly involving remote or cross-functional teams, will be considered an asset.
