Operations Supervisor
Our client, operating physical gaming machines is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee the efficiency and performance of their technical team while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. This role is responsible for supervising technicians, managing equipment operations, maintaining accurate records, and supporting gaming activities across various client sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure the optimal functioning of all technicians and gaming equipment.
- Perform and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of gaming machines.
- Provide immediate technical resolutions for machine-related issues reported by users.
- Conduct periodic inspections of gaming machines to ensure readiness for customer use.
- Perform scheduled client visits (every two months) for auditing purposes and to maintain brand presence.
- Prepare and deliver statistical reports and follow-ups on specific cases when required.
- Maintain close communication with clients to address any technical or operational needs related to machines.
- Manage and update the database of installed equipment.
- Supervise the documentation process and ensure coordination with other departments.
- Conduct laboratory testing for games and servers, including setup and verification.
- Coordinate machine changes as required by the sales or statistics departments.
- Create installation files for the remote accounting system, ensuring complete documentation and accurate data.
- Generate activation files upon installation, including machine data and MAC addresses, and upload them to the company platform.
- Prepare deactivation and reactivation files for hardware changes or conversions affecting machine counters, ensuring all updates are properly reflected on the company platform.
- Monitor UCAS to track online/offline machine status and coordinate with clients and technical teams to maintain operational continuity.
- Ensure the proper functioning and presentation of company showrooms.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering (or a related field).
- Preferred Background: Graduates from SENAI, FATEC, or Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years in a technical environment (e.g., electronics manufacturing, spare parts production, or technical service centers) and at least 5 years in a managerial position overseeing technical teams.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
- High attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and organizational efficiency.
