Paid Social Advertising Specialist

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with overarching marketing objectives—spanning awareness, engagement, and performance.
- Build and execute a successful social media strategy across all relevant channels (both paid and organic), including channel setup, planning, and community management.
- Handle end-to-end campaign setup, including targeting, budgets, creatives, and optimisation of brand, performance, app-install, and dynamic feed campaigns.
- Track and measure key KPIs, using insights to evaluate performance and inform strategic improvements.
- Analyse campaign data to assess ROI, user engagement, and opportunities for optimisation, enabling data-driven decision making.
- Provide clear, effective briefs to agencies and internal creative teams, ensuring the delivery of cohesive and impactful assets tailored to platform requirements and best-performing formats.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of social advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Snapchat) and a basic understanding of Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, attribution modelling, and tracking principles.
- Ideally a Dutch speaker with a creative mindset.
- 2–3 years of experience in paid social or performance marketing.
