Our client is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to support and enhance their data and reporting operations. This role will play a key part in transforming ad-hoc insights into scalable BI solutions, improving existing data products, and ensuring dashboards deliver reliable, accurate, and actionable insights to the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain business dashboards and reports across key domains, ensuring consistency, clarity, and usability.

• Convert ad-hoc analytical requests into well-structured, automated BI dashboards and reusable data models.

• Proactively troubleshoot and optimize data sources and dashboards within visualization platforms to ensure accuracy, consistency, and strong performance.

• Enhance and extend existing dashboards to support evolving analytical needs and business requirements.

• Build a strong understanding of the data warehouse and help unlock the full value of the organisation’s data.

• Analyse, transform, and visualise data using BI tools, contributing across the full data lifecycle—from querying and transformation to final visualisation and delivery.

• Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and availability by maintaining existing data sources and integrating new ones as required.

• Provide end-user support and training to enable effective use of dashboards and BI tools.
  

Skills and Experience Required

• Experience working with data in a commercial or fast-paced environment, ideally within iGaming or a similar digital industry.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Hands-on experience with analytical and BI tools, such as SQL, Python, and visualisation platforms including Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, or Superset.

• Proven experience troubleshooting data pipelines or BI dashboards.

• A proactive, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a high level of attention to detail.
