Frontend Product Manager

The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate is a proactive, organised, and reliable individual with experience managing multiple websites within a product management role. They have a strong passion for digital marketing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage a significant workload while juggling multiple tasks. Their focus is on continuously improving sales performance and user experience across the websites within their portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
As a Product Manager, the individual will be responsible for a portfolio of websites and will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve website ranking, quality, and conversion rates.
Key responsibilities include:
Collaborating with SEO, Content, Sales, and Product teams to manage roadmaps and backlogs, ensuring alignment with business goals, strategy, and priorities
Working closely with UX and UI designers, as well as other Product Managers, to deliver visually appealing and user-friendly websites
Defining new functional requirements and translating them into clear user stories and/or technical requests
Coordinating website changes and new releases with multiple product teams and stakeholders, ensuring all updates are well documented and clearly communicated
Creating and maintaining documentation related to features and business logic across all websites in the portfolio
Conducting regular website audits and quality checks, reporting issues to the relevant teams and following up to ensure timely resolution
Performing competitive analysis, heatmap analysis, and A/B testing to continuously improve website quality and conversion rates
Staying up to date with market regulations and ensuring all websites remain compliant at all times
Keeping abreast of evolving trends in digital marketing and the iGaming industry
Supporting additional ad-hoc tasks as required to ensure the role is carried out effectively and successfully
Required Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will bring:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in a website or frontend-related role, preferably within digital marketing
Experience working as a Product Owner or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of SEO and content management
Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with the ability to investigate issues using browser developer tools
Excellent project management and organisational skills
A proactive, “can-do” attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
Experience running A/B tests and working with analytics tools such as GA4
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset that contributes to the organisation’s broader objectives
Knowledge or experience within Casino, Sportsbook, and/or Digital Marketing, which will be considered an asset
