Account Manager
Our client, a B2B iGaming slot provider, is seeking fresh talent to join a young and dynamic Account Management team based in Malta. The department is growing, and an Account Manager will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships while maximizing commercial opportunities. This role is part of a wider investment in top talent to maintain and grow all key accounts.
The Ideal Candidate
Demonstrates a strong work ethic and is proactive, outgoing, and sales-driven, while remaining professional and composed at all times.
Previous experience in online gambling, particularly within casino products (ideally video slots), is an advantage.
Past or current experience in customer relationship management or B2B account management is preferred.
Has a genuine interest in the gaming industry and keeps up to date with market trends.
Possesses a strong command of the English language, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
Is comfortable using the phone and values face-to-face interaction through regular client meetings, company events, and industry conferences.
Is willing and available to travel when required.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple client accounts in a professional and well-organised manner, handling day-to-day tasks and any backlog of client requests.
Keep partners informed with relevant documentation and product roadmaps.
Act as the main point of contact between the RNG division and its partners, ensuring high game visibility, optimized revenue, and long-term collaboration.
Track RNG game performance (including GGR, spins, retention, and top-performing games) and propose actions to improve KPIs.
Ensure smooth and flawless game releases, manage escalations, and coordinate closely with internal teams such as technical, compliance, and marketing.
Collaborate with partners on campaigns, tournaments, and new game launches to increase visibility and engagement.
Drive growth across partner accounts in line with group targets and deliverables.
Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers.
Work with partners to analyse product performance against competitors, including the impact of targeted campaigns and promotions.
Upsell existing clients on new products and premium offerings, expanding the product footprint within their business.
Perform effectively with minimal supervision as experience and product knowledge grow.
Demonstrate strong computer literacy, with good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
