Casino Commercial Manager
Our client is seeking a data-driven Casino Commercial Manager to take ownership of the game portfolio strategy, vendor relationships, and overall commercial performance of casino content across multiple brands and markets.
This role operates at the intersection of CRM, Product, BI, and Vendor Management, directly influencing GGR growth, hold optimization, promotional efficiency, and supplier negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
Game Ordering & Lobby Strategy
Own the overall game positioning strategy (Top Games, Trending, New, Recommended, GEO-specific placements).
Optimize game ordering based on performance metrics and industry trends.
Collaborate with BI and Tech teams to develop AI-driven game ranking, recommendation systems, and performance scoring models.
Ensure high-risk or bonus-abusive games are properly categorized, treated, and continuously monitored.
Align lobby structure with campaign mechanics, including CRM initiatives and acquisition flows.
Vendor Relationship Management
Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for all game providers.
Conduct regular performance reviews with vendors.
Monitor provider contribution across key metrics such as GGR, Hold, Bonus Cost Exposure, and Campaign Performance.
Negotiate exclusive promotions, tournaments, network campaigns, custom commercial agreements, and temporary commercial improvements.
Promotions & Campaign Alignment
Partner closely with CRM teams to secure vendor-funded promotions.
Validate promotional costs against expected uplift and performance projections.
Track and analyze post-campaign ROI, delivering clear performance reporting.
Commercial Optimization
Monitor game performance by GEO, RTP fluctuations, bonus exposure, and provider concentration risk.
Recommend vendor exposure caps, game restrictions, wagering exclusions, and alternative content strategies where appropriate.
Identify underperforming providers and propose structured action plans for improvement.
Contract & Deal Support
Review and assess commercial terms, including revenue share agreements, minimum guarantees, and contractual caps.
Track fee structures, revenue share tiers, minimum commitments, and dedicated table costs.
Prepare commercial negotiation summaries for Legal review and executive approval.
Required Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in iGaming commercial or casino management roles.
Strong understanding of slot mechanics, live casino economics, RTP models, and bonus abuse patterns.
Proven experience negotiating with Tier 1 providers.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Business Intelligence tools.
Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset.
Ability to confidently challenge both vendors and internal stakeholders when required.
Nice to Have
Experience working with aggregators (e.g., Hub88, EveryMatrix).
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Smartico, Optimove).
Exposure to risk and fraud considerations within game strategy.
Experience managing multi-GEO casino operations (LATAM / Africa / Asia).
