Our client is seeking a Graphic Designer to support the visual communication of their brand and services. The successful candidate will play an important role in creating engaging designs that help communicate complex concepts clearly while strengthening the company’s brand presence across multiple channels.

This role involves working closely with different teams to produce creative assets for marketing initiatives, corporate communications, and internal activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging marketing materials such as presentations, social media graphics, infographics, and other promotional assets

• Create visuals that translate technical concepts into clear and visually compelling content

• Collaborate with commercial teams on creative materials for websites, press releases, product launches, and events

• Work with internal teams to design materials for employee communications, company events, merchandise, and internal initiatives

• Maintain and develop the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

• Stay up to date with industry design trends and emerging creative tools

• Coordinate with external suppliers (such as printers and production partners) to ensure quality and brand alignment

• Support the preparation of visual content for reports, executive presentations, and board-level materials

• Assist with other related design tasks as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in a graphic design role or similar position, ideally within technology or telecommunications environments

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

• Video editing experience will be considered an advantage

• Strong communication skills in English; Maltese would be considered beneficial but is not essential

• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams

• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

• Self-motivated and proactive with a creative mindset and strong attention to detail

• Ability to translate concepts and ideas into clear, effective visual designs
