Our client is a financial services institution that combines traditional banking principles with modern, innovative solutions, offering a range of services across multiple industries.
The Factoring Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the factoring function, ensuring efficient service delivery, strong client relationships, and alignment with broader business objectives. The role sits at the intersection of operations, client management, and process optimisation, contributing to both performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of Factoring Officers, providing guidance, support, and performance oversight.
Monitor operational trends and performance data to identify potential issues and implement process improvements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and relevant third-party providers to ensure timely and professional delivery of factoring services.
Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure factoring operations are aligned with overall business goals and strategic priorities.
Prepare and present regular reports on factoring activity, performance, and key metrics.
Oversee client and debtor maintenance, including preparation and management of documentation related to funding parameters and amendments.
Manage internal platforms, banking facilities, and operational arrangements supporting the factoring function.
Ensure accurate maintenance of live client files, including the collection and analysis of management information and financial data.
Support the processing of invoices, payments, and transfers as required within the factoring operations.

Experience & Qualifications
Previous experience in factoring, banking operations, or a related financial services environment.
Understanding of factoring processes, client management, and financial documentation.
Relevant academic background in finance, business administration, or a related field would be considered an asset.
