Our client, an iGaming provider, is seeking a Studio Content Specialist to act as the key content representative for one or more Studios within the Revenue team. The role is responsible for content curation, performance feedback, and providing market insights across a diverse portfolio of products.
In this position, the successful candidate will serve as the main internal and customer-facing contact for day-to-day content-related matters. The role also supports game presentations, studio feedback, roadmap input, and the adaptation of launch plans to enhance operator and market fit. Working closely with Game Studios, the Revenue team, and other internal stakeholders, the Studio Content Specialist will contribute to stronger content planning and improved commercial outcomes across the slot portfolio.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Maximize the impact of new game releases by ensuring content is distributed to the most relevant markets and operators
Understand, communicate, and adapt game launch plans in line with individual title targets, key selling points, and operator objectives
Liaise with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure all preparatory work for game launches is completed on time and to the required standard
Review overall Studio performance to identify opportunity gaps at operator, market, and content level, including trends in game types and player demand
Support the development of strategies to improve growth potential and long-tail performance, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders and agreed roadmaps
Analyze game KPIs and market intelligence to assess performance trends and provide actionable recommendations
Represent and help shape each Studio’s identity and positioning through ongoing engagement with internal stakeholders
Act as a key link between Game Studios and the Revenue team, sharing performance insights and supporting informed content decisions
Additional Responsibilities
Travel, when required, to represent assigned Game Studio(s) at industry events and customer meetings
Skills, Experience & Requirements
Strong knowledge of gaming products, particularly slot content, with the ability to present games effectively
A genuine interest in gaming products and market trends
Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an asset
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data, market trends, and customer feedback and translate these into practical recommendations
Ability to contribute to operator and Game Studio roadmap planning with a solid understanding of market relevance and commercial opportunities
Self-motivated with the ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders
At least two years’ experience within the gambling industry or in a relevant commercial, content, or sales support role
Ability to understand technical processes and translate them into clear commercial or operational actions
Awareness of legal and compliance requirements related to commercial and content activities
