Affiliate Account Manager
Affiliate Account Manager: grow partnerships, optimize performance, and expand our international programme with clear communication, data-driven decisions, and proactive collaboration.
Our client is seeking an Affiliate Account Manager to join its growing Affiliate team. This role is responsible for managing and developing relationships with affiliate partners, driving performance, and supporting the continued growth of the affiliate programme across international markets.
The successful candidate will work closely with key affiliates, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to maximise acquisition, retention, and overall affiliate performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with key affiliate partners.
Monitor and analyse affiliate performance, identifying opportunities for growth and optimisation.
Recruit new affiliates and support the expansion of the affiliate programme.
Develop promotions, campaigns, and communications for affiliate partners.
Collaborate with Marketing and other internal teams to improve campaign performance.
Implement initiatives to increase affiliate quality, acquisition, and revenue.
Attend industry events and represent the company at affiliate meetings in Malta and internationally.
Maintain strong relationships with both established and developing affiliate partners.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management or Affiliate Management.
Previous iGaming experience is highly desirable.
Experience within Crypto Casino and/or the Asian (AZ) market will be considered a strong advantage.
Strong analytical and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Highly organised, proactive, and results-driven.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in English. Knowledge of AZ or Russian is considered an advantage.
