Office & Events Manager
Office & Events Manager (Malta): own the HQ operations, plan events, boost culture, and drive employee experience across Europe with hands‑on leadership.
Our client is a fast-growing international iGaming operator with offices across Europe. As the business continues to expand, they are seeking an experienced Office & Culture Manager to take ownership of their Malta headquarters while driving employee engagement and company culture across multiple international locations.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing office operations, facilities management, corporate events, internal communications, and employee experience. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Malta office while planning and delivering initiatives that strengthen company culture across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Malta office.
Manage office facilities, suppliers, maintenance, and service providers.
Coordinate procurement of office supplies, equipment, and refreshments.
Manage office logistics, deliveries, seating plans, and workspace optimisation.
Lead office relocation, refurbishment, or expansion projects where required.
Ensure health & safety compliance and maintain office procedures.
Support invoice approvals and general administrative operations.
Events & Employee Experience
Plan and deliver company events, celebrations, team-building activities, and international offsites.
Organise travel, accommodation, and logistics for business trips and company events.
Manage annual budgets relating to office operations, events, and employee initiatives.
Coordinate company merchandise across multiple office locations.
Drive employee wellbeing initiatives, CSR activities, and engagement programmes.
Manage internal communications, newsletters, and culture-related initiatives.
Support employer branding through social media content showcasing company culture and events.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of Office Management experience within the iGaming industry.
Proven experience organising large-scale company events and international travel for 100+ employees.
Previous experience managing office relocations, renovations, or workplace projects.
Based in Malta with a valid driving licence and own vehicle.
Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Proactive, hands-on, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
