Our client is seeking a commercially driven Affiliate Partnerships Manager to join its growing iGaming business. This role is focused on building and managing affiliate relationships, driving new business, and maximising partner performance across international markets.
The successful candidate will own a portfolio of affiliate partners, identify new commercial opportunities, negotiate partnership agreements, and work closely with internal teams to optimise campaign performance and support the continued growth of the affiliate programme.
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate & Partner Management
Manage and develop relationships with key affiliate partners.
Oversee the onboarding, enablement, and ongoing optimisation of affiliate accounts.
Build long-term partnerships that drive revenue growth.
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
Business Development
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners.
Negotiate commercial agreements, commission structures, and promotional opportunities.
Develop business cases and contribute to partner growth strategies.
Expand the affiliate network in line with commercial objectives.
Performance & Optimisation
Monitor and analyse affiliate performance, including traffic, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, CAC, and LTV.
Plan and execute partner campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
Coordinate A/B testing of creatives and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations for optimisation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to resolve tracking, attribution, and campaign issues.
Ensure affiliate partners comply with programme policies and brand guidelines.
Support continuous improvements to affiliate processes, reporting, and performance.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of Affiliate Management experience within the iGaming industry.
Proven experience managing and growing affiliate partnerships with measurable commercial results.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
Excellent understanding of affiliate marketing metrics, including CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.
Experience using affiliate platforms, tracking, and attribution tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel and attend industry conferences and networking events.
Nice to Have
Experience working closely with SEO, Paid Media, or CRM/Lifecycle Marketing teams.
Experience using AI tools to improve workflows, reporting, or creative development.
